Using Social Network Analysis to Study Knowledge Sharing Mechanisms in Startups
摘要
With the rapid expansion of emerging enterprises, information sharing is an important driving force for technological progress and market competitiveness. However, emerging firms suffer from scarce resources and frequent personnel changes, which puts pressure on the effective dissemination and utilization of knowledge. In this study, the Social Network Research Approach (SNRA) was adopted to analyze the data, and Social Network Analysis (SNA) was applied to investigate the structure and evolution of knowledge exchange mechanisms within emerging firms. A detailed analysis of the network architectures of a number of emerging firms reveals the critical role played by social platforms in the knowledge dissemination and sharing process. The empirical data reveals that the key nodes in the social network architecture significantly enhance the efficiency of information dissemination, and play a pivotal role in connecting and communicating in the interactive process of knowledge dissemination. At the same time, the interconnectivity of the network structure and the construction of information loops also constitute key elements to enhance the effectiveness of knowledge dissemination. This study describes the strategic measures to improve the knowledge dissemination system of emerging enterprises, and provides strategic guidance for the management of business operations.
