Graft limb Occlusion (GLO) following EVAR occurred in a patient with a prior iliac stent projecting into the lumen of the aneurysm sac caused angulation of the graft limb resulting in occlusion of the graft limb. The patient underwent a crossover femoral–femoral graft in the following few months for symptoms of intermittent claudication. Causes of GLO are discussed.
