Iliac Artery Stenting Using Right Brachial Artery Access with Prior Failed Femoral Access
摘要
A 57-year-old woman underwent right common iliac artery stenting using right brachial artery access after unsuccessful attempts using bilateral femoral artery access in a patient with left subclavian artery occlusion. The patient had a common iliac artery dissection with poor flow into the proximal external iliac artery. An external iliac artery stent deployment resulted in satisfactory flow. She underwent left common iliac artery stenting 2 years later for symptoms of disabling intermittent claudication involving the left lower extremity. At the last follow-up in June 2025, she had normal flow to both lower extremities.
