Left iliac stenting using brachial artery access was performed in a 61-year-old woman with a TASC II B lesion (common iliac artery occlusion). Two years and seven months later, the patient had bilateral kissing angioplasty with stenting for distal abdominal aortic stenosis, right common iliac artery stenosis, and left common iliac artery in-stent stenosis. Patient has remained asymptomatic for the past 16 months.
