Antegrade Aortic-Superior Mesenteric Artery Bypass Graft for Chronic Intestinal Ischemia Complicated by Retrograde Thoracic Aortic Dissection
摘要
An antegrade supra-celiac aorta to superior mesenteric artery bypass for chronic mesenteric ischemia was complicated by type B retrograde thoracic aortic dissection, which was treated medically by anti-impulse therapy. Type B aortic dissection has remained stable for over 4 years. The symptoms of intestinal angina have resolved following superior mesenteric artery revascularization.
