Complex Femoral Anastomotic Aneurysm Following Redo Aortofemoral Graft
摘要
A large femoral artery anastomotic aneurysm (FAAA) following a repeat aortobifemoral (ABF) graft operation was repaired by obtaining proximal control of the femoral limb of the ABF graft retroperitoneally using a transverse suprainguinal incision. Following resection of the FAAA, an interposition Dacron graft (8 mm) was anastomosed to the proximal common femoral artery to the proximal superficial femoral artery. The profunda femoris artery was implanted into the interposition graft using a Carrel patch.
