Type Ia Endoleak was diagnosed 15 years following EVAR with AneuRx graft (First generation endograft) (Medtronic, Dublin, Ireland) and treated with aortic Endurant cuff and Heli-FX Endoanchors. Subsequently, the patient underwent bilateral staged common femoral endarterectomies and TAVR by interventional cardiology for aortic valve stenosis. She also had a right superficial femoral artery stent for ulceration of the right foot associated with right superficial femoral artery occlusion.
