Chyle Leak Following Carotid Subclavian Artery Bypass and Thoracic Endovascular Aortic Repair (TEVAR)
摘要
Chylous leak in the neck developed following carotid-subclavian artery bypass in a patient undergoing thoracic endovascular aneurysm repair (TEVAR). The chylous leak had high output and did not respond to conservative treatment. Thoracic duct embolization stopped the endoleak, but the patient died of peritonitis.
