Repair of Saccular Aneurysm of Infrarenal Aorta with Iliac and Femoral Artery Occlusive Disease
摘要
Following endovascular repair of a saccular infrarenal abdominal aortic aneurysm (5.2 cm diameter) in a patient with a prior common iliac artery stent for iliac artery stenosis, the patient presented with graft limb occlusion 4 years following EVAR and was treated with mechanical thrombectomy and relining of the iliac graft limbs. She developed a left common femoral artery occlusion as a complication of closure device (Perclose), which necessitated femoral endarterectomy and a bovine patch graft placement to restore flow to the left lower extremity.
