Life Cycle Assessment of the Influence of Process Parameter Variations in Turning Processes
摘要
Within this paper the influence of common process parameters on the Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) of the turning process is investigated on a modern CNC-lathe. Investigated parameters were the cutting speed, depth of cut, feed rate and the resulting tool wear. Additionally, the power consumption of the CNC lathe was investigated depending on the above mentioned variations. It was shown, that the variation of the process parameters has an influence within the single impact categories. The influence of the tool wear was observed as neglectable.
