摘要

The study details a comprehensive methodology employed to assess the flotability characteristics of gold-bearing sulfide ore. The research focused on samples of sulfide gold-bearing ore to investigate their properties and refine the technological processes involved. Techniques were utilized, encompassing the analysis of chemical composition, ore preparation for flotation beneficiation, and flotation process. Through laboratory flotation tests, essential data were gathered to facilitate the simulation modeling of the flotation process using specialized software. The investigation yielded insights into the distribution of ore components across different flotation fractions in the concentrates of rough, cleaning and scavenger operations. The findings suggested potential enhancements in the quality of the sulfide concentrate within the proposed scheme. This improvement could be achieved by reducing mechanical carryover during the primary and intermediate flotation stages and through the enhanced liberation of ore mineral clusters via additional crushing stages. The influence of physical effects on mineral raw materials at successive stages of transformation to increase the extraction efficiency of valuable components by flotation method is also studied. Conclusively, the integrated approach adopted to analyze the flotation characteristics of sulfide minerals unveiled promising avenues for augmenting the efficiency of flotation processing schemes.
