Introducing the concept of artificial intelligence (AI) into the health care system has already had a profound effect, and alters most of the spheres, dental care included. This literature review explores the existing technologies connected with the AI-controlled speech and gesture systems. This can also be said of the medical profession with special reference to dental care by addressing the various gesture recognition methods. The voice command-interface diagnostic frameworks of AI-axis have difficulty and advantages with real-time applications. These methods are applied in the dentistry. As we analyze, it indicates that there are numerous system performances. Efficiency in diagnosis and treatment. There is still a lack of research that focuses on the integration of voice and gesture. Control is a platform for dentists. This review provides a valuable perspective on the future. The research route is facing the promotion of AI systems that is expected to be specific to dental treatment.
