This paper introduces a way of organizing and expressing the existence of information as a field of study called information taxonomy and ontology. An integrated field of study of different names, taxonomy or ontology, where both have their own terms and meanings, but both become methodologies in the development of science and technology. Thus, in addition to being a science, taxonomy and ontology of information are also methodologies, which clarify the position of information from the perspective of that development.
