The Asset Transfer Monitoring Platform is developed with the aim of providing an efficient and centralized system to address difficulties in tracking transferred assets when they are taken outside the area. This system uses a website as its main operating platform, with the implementation of MySQL, HTML, PHP, and JavaScript for the web user interface and connected database. Interviews have been conducted to gather sufficient information and assist in the development process. Subsequently, information analysis can be carried out. This system emphasizes the time aspect required to track lost assets. Additionally, it allows lecturers to make asset loan requests that will be approved by the technicians. The Prototype Methodology has been chosen to execute this project. With the existence of this system in the future, it is hoped to resolve the problems faced by staff at the faculty office.
