Numerical methods have been suitably applied in many researches. This mathematical discipline has an impact and is bound to computational methods. However, the statistical computations of the achieved results of the numerical methods have not been so widely researched. This is the idea of the presented paper. Where the obtained results are tested using one one-dimensional Chi-Squared test. If the p-value is lower than the significance level alpha, then statistically significant differences can be achieved. In the opposite case, the statistically significant differences may not be detected. The paper offers numerical methods based on solving the definite integral.

摘要

Numerical methods have been suitably applied in many researches. This mathematical discipline has an impact and is bound to computational methods. However, the statistical computations of the achieved results of the numerical methods have not been so widely researched. This is the idea of the presented paper. Where the obtained results are tested using one one-dimensional Chi-Squared test. If the p-value is lower than the significance level alpha, then statistically significant differences can be achieved. In the opposite case, the statistically significant differences may not be detected. The paper offers numerical methods based on solving the definite integral.
