The paper focuses on examining additional features of the newer wireless optical communication system LiFiMAX Flex. The study investigated the performance of the LiFiMAX Flex and LiFiMAX Compact systems in both vertical and horizontal orientations, analyzing the effect of the LiFiMAX dongle receiver’s positioning on transmission speed with respect to the placement of the transmitter and receivers. Furthermore, the compatibility between the newer LiFiMAX Flex system and the older LiFiMAX Compact system was also tested.
