The care of patients following surgery is critical to ensure timely recovery and prevent complications. Conventional manual monitoring systems often lead to delayed diagnosis and increased workload for healthcare professionals. This paper proposes a secure web-based AI-powered system aimed at enhancing post-operative monitoring through Generative AI, role-based access control, and data encryption. An AI chatbot was incorporated into the system to help doctors and trainees obtain patient information, identify patterns, and generate summarized reports using natural language queries. The proposed framework guarantees data privacy, reduces manual effort, and provides enhanced clinical decision support. Validation was conducted through experiments which demonstrated that incorporating AI into secure data management improves both patient outcomes and workflow efficiency.
