The professionalization of eSports teams in Latin America faces significant challenges due to informal organizational structures and underdeveloped cultural frameworks. This study examines the organizational culture profile of Valorant eSports teams that participated in the 88 CUP tournament in the Latin America North region. Employing a quantitative, non-experimental approach, the Competing Values Framework by Cameron and Quinn was applied, and culture indices were computed using nonlinear principal component analysis. Findings indicate a predominance of adhocracy cultures, marked by innovation, adaptability, and a strong orientation toward change. Significant associations were observed between organizational structure and cultural indices, as well as between player experience and cultural preferences. However, no direct correlation was found between organizational culture and competitive performance, suggesting the influence of mediating factors. These results provide empirical insights into the cultural dynamics of eSports teams in Latin American contexts and contribute to the broader understanding of organizational development in this emerging industry.

摘要
