Employee Experience 2.0: Enhancing Workplace Satisfaction with Artificial Intelligence
摘要
This study investigates how artificial intelligence (AI) is changing employee satisfaction, a phenomenon known as “Employee Experience 2.0.” The study assesses the impact of AI-driven interventions on employee satisfaction, productivity, and confidence in state-of-the-art workplaces using a blended-methods exploratory design. The study examines factors such as AI-based complete personalization, education and development initiatives, feedback systems, assignment and communication automation, and user-friendly interfaces using survey data from 100 employees and statistical analyses (regression, thing evaluation, correlation). Results indicate that AI enhances worker satisfaction and output, particularly through personalized learning, green remarks, and more efficient communication. The examiner advocates for ethical AI integration that promotes engagement and well-being in their conclusion, which offers implications for HR practitioners and strategic decision-makers.
