Ocular Anatomy
摘要
Residents enter training with different funds of knowledge regarding eye anatomy. While most understand the eye’s form and function, few have experience with the eye’s physical properties. This knowledge is needed to avoid complications such as capsular rupture. Although trainees typically begin with cadaver, animal, or model eyes, it is still best to prepare for anatomical challenges and begin building low-risk habits. This chapter describes the relevant surgical anatomy to pay attention to for a more productive lab experience.
