The article examines the formation of a national university ranking system in the Kyrgyz Republic (KR). It proposes a university ranking management business process model, an automated university ranking system model presented in the form of an IDEF0 diagram and a data flow diagram, and an architectural solution for the automated university ranking system. Key evaluation criteria and assessment methodologies are analyzed in accordance with international standards. The automation of data analysis based on information technology will enhance the transparency, objectivity, and efficiency of the ranking system.
