This chapter explores the complex interrelationship between multilingualism, mental health, and education in an increasingly globalized world. It argues that language functions not only as a medium of communication but also as a significant psychological stressor, influencing identity, belonging, and access to mental health resources. Through diverse empirical studies, the chapter highlights challenges such as foreign language anxiety, linguistic marginalization, and cultural dissonance, while also presenting innovative interventions—including AI-driven learning, translanguaging pedagogies, empathic translation, and informal digital communities—that support both linguistic and psychological well-being. Emphasizing the need for culturally and linguistically responsive approaches, the chapter calls for a paradigm shift toward ecological, configurational, and recognition-based frameworks to foster inclusive mental health support in multilingual settings.

摘要
