This paper discusses the relevance of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in promoting successful coping with occupational stress in the medical sector with Morocco as an example. The given paper is devoted to the analysis of applying AI-based solutions, i.e., AI workload scheduling, predictive analytics of burnout, and personal wellness intervention, to the scope of organizational performance, staff interests, and sustainable human resource. It was conducted through a quantitative design and survey was conducted in the form of a structured survey of 150 healthcare professionals in the major public and private hospitals within Morocco. Within the framework of the conceptual analysis carried out using. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS), the adoption of AI is positively related to the performance of occupational stress management (R2 = 0.882). The main results of the study are that AI exerts an enormous effect on the predictive ability and burnout decrease (0.298, p < 0.001), work and shift optimization (0.261, p < 0.001), and resilience and mental health (0.247, p < 0.001). In addition, the organizational support and training (= 0.279, p < 0.001) is reported to have a significant moderating effect on these relations, which demonstrates that the success of AI implementation relies on the support of the institutions. The paper concludes that AI is a sustainable tool of human resource management in Moroccan healthcare, and that the policy support, which will be focused on investing in AI technologies, providing skills training, and creating organizational strategies, can accelerate the process of digital transformation of workforce well-being programs.
