This paper considers the way artificial intelligence and green technologies promote the sustainability of smart city logistics and international trade. According to the mixed-method research on 100 stakeholders (logistics companies, trade bodies, AI specialists, and universities) in Morocco, AI-based route optimization and demand projection save money and time, whereas green technologies decrease carbon emissions without worsening the performance. The development of skills and education turn out to be some of the enablers that have a huge effect on bettering the implementation. The Moroccan case shows that regardless of the infrastructural and cultural barriers, adaptive policy, collaboration between the government and the business sector, and specific training can be a key to sustainable logistical development of the developing economies.
