Digital transformation creates both opportunities and uncertainties, demanding approaches that anticipate systemic impacts while fostering collaboration and reflection. Traditional foresight methods often remain abstract and lack experiential components that support participatory learning. MyCrystalBall addresses this gap through a game-based learning approach that integrates foresight, systems thinking, and interactive decision-making. The game is structured around the newly developed PETIES framework (Politics, Economy, Technology, Individual, Education, Society), which extends classical strategic management models such as PESTEL by emphasizing the human and educational dimensions of transformation. Within this framework, participants analyze systemic interdependencies and explore cascading effects of innovation across multiple domains. Results from two exploratory sessions on Big Data in construction and VR/AR in HVAC systems illustrate that successful digital transformation depends on the alignment of political, technological, and societal factors. Thus, MyCrystalBall represents a versatile and practical framework for foresight and collaborative learning, enabling participants to navigate uncertainty, enhance systems thinking, and co-create strategies for sustainable innovation in an increasingly VUCA world.

摘要
