In today’s modern day and age, the Internet of Vehicles has become an undeniable developing point of discussion in the industrial and academic fields. It enables communication between vehicles, infrastructure, and pedestrians to improve road safety and better traffic management. The number of applications of connected vehicles is also growing at an exponential rate. This paper analyses the applications and technology used in IoV to improvise its performance. Blockchain technology is added for its enhanced security, privacy, autonomous Transaction, and Supply chain tracking. Artificial intelligence creates smarter systems that use decision-making, problem-solving, and pattern-recognition technologies. It has been instrumental in traffic management, optimization and predictive maintenance. Machine Learning is a subset of AI that primarily focuses on the algorithms that enable systems to learn from data, however, it is not explicitly programmed for every situation.
