摘要
The effort to extend longevity, especially healthy longevity, has been deeply rooted in the Jewish religious thought and practice. This work will review the conceptual basis of this pursuit in Jewish traditional sources. It will further present evidence of the effects of a Jewish lifestyle on the human healthspan. Perspectives on reproductive human longevity and the use of AI in the light of the Jewish tradition will be further considered. Moreover, the Jewish tradition aspiring toward lifespan extension will be presented.
