MARCADE: A Framework for Architecting Resilient and Intelligent Cloud-Native Applications
摘要
While cloud-native technologies offer a clear path to modernizing legacy systems, many organizations struggle to architect applications that are simultaneously resilient, scalable, and intelligent, largely due to a lack of holistic frameworks. This paper introduces MARCADE (A Microservice Architecture for Resilient, Cloud-native, AI-driven, and DevOps-Enabled ecosystems), a novel architectural framework designed to address this challenge. It provides a prescriptive blueprint founded on three synergistic principles: a microservice architecture for fault isolation, a secure pattern for integrating LLM-driven assistants, and a cloud-native DevOps foundation for continuous delivery and automated recovery. We demonstrate the framework’s feasibility through a proof-of-concept implementation of a complex real estate platform. Our architectural analysis confirms that MARCADE serves as a practical, domain-agnostic guide for building the next generation of robust enterprise software.
