Research and Application of Multistage Series Treatment Scheme for Odor in Cigarette Factory
摘要
This article found through research that cigarette factories generally face the problem of odor complaints. In order to enhance the organized waste gas odor management level at cigarette factories, a multi-stage series treatment scheme for odor was designed. This article has connected water washing, filtration treatments in series on the basis and narrow pulse plasma treatments in series on the basis of existing management plans, and verified the feasibility of these combined treatment methods through experiments; Through a comprehensive analysis of various indicators such as odor concentration, TVOC, and ozone, it was found that the water washing process achieved a 58.38% removal rate of odor concentration, while the narrow pulse plasma achieved a 25.95% removal rate, with water washing showing significantly better results than narrow pulse plasma; Further experiments demonstrated that after treatment with narrow pulse plasma, TVOC levels decreased from 16.9 mg/m3 to 15.5 mg/m3, showing an insignificant improvement; Through the analysis and summary of the experimental results, this article determined that incorporating water washing treatment into the existing management plans and adopting a divided water washing approach to increase the filtration area is effective. After four quarters of effectiveness testing, the odor concentration in the tidal section decreased significantly from 309–630 to 199–269, and this plan took up less downtime and did not affect normal production.
