Green leadership plays a pivotal role in foresting sustainable development and organizational resilience through learning and adaptation in turbulent environments. This paper reviews articles that have explored the relationship between green transformational leadership and organizational resilience. Employing the PRISMA protocol, 23 articles set in WOS and Scopus were analyzed. The results highlight major themes, principal authors, the most productive countries (such as Indonesia, Australia and United Kingdom) and finally key gaps in this research field. Moreover, the findings underscore the necessity to improve interdisciplinary research on green leadership and resilience due to their importance and impact on today’s organizations. Although, the integration of variables including innovation, performance and sustainability represents a significant research direction in this context.
