Globalization of technology has brought about a revolution in the field of education. Faculties and Trainers no longer use the conventional methodologies of teaching like the chalkboard and classroom lectures. Artificial Intelligence and Chatgpt are being used in place of conventional strategies of teaching and learning. However, technology is not only used while teaching and learning process, but it is also used by the universities and educational institutions for various other functions like tutor-mentoring, exam process, quality assurance and the like other that teaching and learning. Therefore this paper is expected to emphasize the details how technology can be used by the universities to make them developed and compete with the institutions across the world.
