With the current age of digital transformation, Learning Management Systems (LMS) have emerged as a crucial element in the management of the academic content, communication, and assessments in educational institutions. Nevertheless, there are still numerous LMS solutions that cannot be customized in an institutional way, control hierarchy, and secure verification of users. This paper provides the conceptualization and the development of a Role-Based Access Control Learning Management System that is specific to Institutions. The system divides the users into three primary roles Student, Faculty, and Admin with different permissions and obligations. Courses, assignments, academic calendars, and update of events can be easily accessed by users, whereas the faculty members are enabled to upload materials, maintain coursework and even check the student registration. These Administrators ensure that there is control over all the activities, and there is adequate verification of the operations and smoothness of the academic activities. The system provides a secure and scalable platform using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js). It has powerful authentication and verification procedures that verify that only users with the right to access access the system. It has robust authentication and well organized verification process to avoid unauthorized access.

摘要
