Objective: Telehealth has emerged as a disruptive technology that is increasingly being adopted in workplace settings to ensure employee well-being and enhance productivity. The bibliometric study is conducted to determine research trends, key themes, influential publications, and collaborative networks in telehealth research, with a specific focus on its application in workplace health management. Methods: We used the Web of Science and Scopus to extract 64 publications relevant to telehealth in workplace settings. The selected studies were published from 2016 to 2024. Data were processed using the Biblioshiny tool, an R-based bibliometric tool, to extract research trends, co-authorship network, and thematic clusters. Results: The analysis presented a consistent increase in telehealth research. Significant increase in research is observed during the COVID-19 pandemic. The USA ranks at the top of research output followed by Germany and South Korea. Co-authorship analysis identified Krcmar H as the most productive author in science of telehealth researches. Thematics analysis demonstrated mental health themes like depression, anxiety and burnout are increasingly relevant topics. Conclusion: Bibliometric analysis reveals the growing importance of telehealth in workplace, especially to manage mental health issues and physical activity. Despite important progress, this research landscape is fragmented. Future work is warranted to integrate technologies of high complexity, to deal with regional inequalities, and to examine long-term consequences by interdisciplinary collaboration. These results lay the groundwork for researchers, policymakers, and organizations to utilize telehealth to increase work health and productivity.
