To address this issue, an automated system designed to sort blood sample tubes based on their cap colour and barcode. The system uses a camera to detect the necessary information and then directs the samples into appropriate categories using a motorized conveyor and sorting mechanism. By reducing the need for human intervention, the system increases accuracy, speeds up the sorting process, and provides a cost-effective and modular solution suitable for use in diagnostic centers. By Automating Sample Tube sorting in Diagnostic Centers, Turnaround Time (total time taken from the moment a sample is collected to the time when the test result is available to the patient) can be significantly reduced and results can be published much faster.
