Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning are technologies that have been utilized in various ways and have achieved significant success in the education field, as numerous platforms are available to support learning. Multiple students have widely used these platforms to improve themselves and clear their misunderstandings. But these platforms have their own way of teaching, which does not give importance to the learners, whether they understand or not, which leads to students reviewing the content multiple times. This case study aims to understand and highlight the importance of providing personalized learning methods for different types of students based on their past performance and profile. A survey has been conducted, asking various questions to gain a deeper insight into the importance of having personalized design lessons for students. The questions focused on knowing how different learning or teaching approaches can guide students to learn at their own pace. Platforms that utilize AI and ML have been impacted in this industry, as students can structure their questions and request examples as they wish without fear of being judged or questioned by anyone. The result showcased that having a platform that prioritizes students’ pace of understanding can genuinely help them, as it highlighted that there are students who struggle to keep up. With such a platform, they can genuinely benefit from it. The results led to identifying that having such a platform that uses AI and ML to identify and design personalized learning methods can be a huge success among students who have trouble keeping up with what’s being taught.
