This chapter analyses the activities, ideologies and structures of radical and extremist groups (right-wing, left-wing, Islamist) in the monitored countries. It examines their methods of recruitment, radicalisation, and mobilisation, both online and offline. The focus is on the evolving strategies of these groups, including the rise of accelerationism and lone-actor terrorism, and their response to tightening legislation and law enforcement measures.
