摘要

Agility and self-organization seek to overcome centralized planning and rigid control, enabling organizations to adapt effectively to dynamic and unpredictable environments by decentralizing decision-making processes and empowering teams to take greater responsibility. This approach enhances organizational flexibility, allowing companies to respond more effectively to unforeseen events and changing requirements. A critical enabler for the successful implementation of agile and self-organized production is the cross-qualification of employees. In such environments, employees are expected to take on greater responsibility, make independent decisions, and adapt quickly to new challenges. In this way, employee qualifications not only enhances individual performance but also strengthens the overall adaptability and resilience of the organization in the face of rapidly changing market conditions. To emphasize how manufacturing companies can benefit from cross-qualification this paper presents three industrial concepts developed within the research project agileASSEMBLY. This paper outlines the requirements for resilient human resource allocation and derives rules and patterns to analyze and build resilience into human labor in manufacturing companies by extending employees´ (cross-) qualifications.
