Co-Designing for Relationally Co-Intelligent Value Creation
摘要
This chapter moves from architecture to practice by introducing Value Co-Design Logics as a unified grammar for designing relationally co-intelligent systems. While Chapter 3 explains how COIN systems are structured, this chapter shows how they are intentionally shaped through design. The logics—APPI, DART, SCIM, GELI, and CITI—translate the COIN Systems Architecture, the PIEX lens, and the Five Loci into actionable design and managerial practice across interaction environments, engagements, journeys, ecosystems, and impacts. The chapter grounds these logics in Siemens’ transformation through Xcelerator and the Industrial Metaverse, illustrating how digital twins, industrial foundation models, immersive simulation, and industrial copilots become interactional substrates for TDI generation. Siemens demonstrates how co-design shifts industrial systems from optimization toward co-evolutionary learning, enabling organizations to explore experiential, ecosystem, and sustainability outcomes before real-world deployment. Beyond the Siemens case, the chapter clarifies a critical distinction between co-creation—the moment-to-moment enactment of value through interaction—and co-innovation—the longitudinal ecosystem-level evolution through which accumulated co-creation becomes new capabilities, architectures, and futures. The chapter positions co-design as the essential bridge between COIN architecture and ecosystem-level co-innovation, setting up Chapter 5 .
