Architecting Relationally Co-Intelligent Value Creation
摘要
This chapter argues that realizing co-intelligent value at scale requires a fundamentally new enterprise architecture. Traditional value chains and platform models are insufficient for explaining how value now emerges through relational flows of meaning, learning, and action across human–AI ecosystems. In the co-intelligence era, value is realized through Tokenized Dynamic Intelligences (TDIs)—not through activities, pipelines, or outputs alone. The chapter introduces the COIN Systems Architecture as a six-layer relational blueprint that makes this emergence visible, designable, and governable. Rather than a technology stack, the architecture is presented as a living, co-learning, adaptive, co-agentic system comprising: Shared Digitalized Infrastructures (SDIs); Machinic Cognition; Co-Agency and Organizational Environment; Interactive Engagements and TDI Generation; Life-eXperiences and Meaning-Making; and Ecosystem Evolution with Sustainable Wellbeing Impact (SWI) alignment. Placing TDIs at the center, the chapter defines them as relations-in-motion—generated through interaction, interpreted through lived experience, and circulated across ecosystems to reshape future capability and strategy. The PIEX lens spans all layers to reveal how value is phenomenologically realized, while the Five Loci (COIN Compass) provide managerial orientation for design, governance, and evolution. Together, these elements establish the architectural foundation for co-design, co-innovation, and impact-oriented transformation in subsequent chapters.
