This article investigates the design, functionality, and effectiveness of digital employment platforms developed to support people with disabilities (PwDs). Drawing from five international case studies—Our Ability (USA), Access to Work (UK), the ILO Global Business and Disability Network, Enable India (India), and JobAccess (Australia)—the study applies a structured comparative framework to identify success factors and limitations. The analysis uses five key evaluation criteria: accessibility, integration with services, scalability, sustainability, and employment impact. Rather than descriptive reporting, this study adopts a qualitative comparative approach, guided by a central research question: What differentiates the most effective digital employment platforms for people with disabilities, and which design elements are replicable across contexts? Findings suggest that inclusive design, strong institutional integration, and cross-sector collaboration are critical to success. The article contributes to the literature on disability-inclusive digital innovation and offers recommendations for designing effective employment platforms globally.

摘要
