IoT-Enabled Continuous Monitoring Systems for Inflammatory Biomarkers in Preventative Healthcare for Sustainable Development
摘要
The shift in focus globally towards preventative healthcare methods has resulted in a need for innovative technologies that can monitor specific biomarkers associated with inflammation—one of the many signs pointing towards chronic disease—continuously. This research investigates the prospects of employing IoT continuous monitoring systems for inflammatory biomarker screening under the umbrella of preventative healthcare IoT (Internet of Things) devices enable the use of wearable sensors that, combined with sophisticated data processing technologies, allow for continuous non-invasive health biomarker testing, and provide alerts before health problems arise IoT has dramatically changed the use of biosensors where CRP, cytokines, and other proxies of inflammation can be tracked in real time. Technology makes it possible for timely action to be taken to lessen the demand for healthcare resources while fostering sustainable health and well-being. The paper also emphasizes data protection, privacy issues, and user access rights together with system interoperability and extendibility concerning the application of these IoT-based technologies. The adoption of such IoT-driven systems not only alters the health dynamics of individuals for the better but also marks a shift towards more proactive healthcare management, thus contributing towards sustainable development.
