AI Supported Smart Business Control and Decision Analysis Using Machine Learning Models

Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning have ignited a revolution in business decision making and control. This study highlights the implications and advantages of integrating predictive analytics, automation, and real-time insights into machine learning models based on AI. The study further assesses the models and algorithms influenced by various machine learning processes, such as SVM, Random Forest, ANN, XGBoost, and Decision Trees in terms of accuracy, precision, recall, and ROI and decision-making efficiency. The highest prediction and decision-making accuracy results show that compared to the other models, XGBoost and ANN are very accurate and efficient. AI-assisted systems enhance business intelligence, operational efficiency and help organisations make more informed strategic decisions at a faster pace, the study said. The modern digital economy demands that businesses be more agile, transparent, and competitive by adopting AutoML and deep learning-powered approaches.
