Building on the results obtained from the diagnostic instrument applied to Electromechanical Engineering students, a series of five short-duration integrative projects were designed, each with a maximum duration of four hours. These projects were specifically conceived to address the soft skills identified as requiring reinforcement, allowing students to develop competencies that complement their technical knowledge. Each project integrates theoretical and practical content from the Statics course with the intentional cultivation of a transversal skill, ensuring that learning is both relevant and applicable to real-world engineering contexts.

摘要

Building on the results obtained from the diagnostic instrument applied to Electromechanical Engineering students, a series of five short-duration integrative projects were designed, each with a maximum duration of four hours. These projects were specifically conceived to address the soft skills identified as requiring reinforcement, allowing students to develop competencies that complement their technical knowledge. Each project integrates theoretical and practical content from the Statics course with the intentional cultivation of a transversal skill, ensuring that learning is both relevant and applicable to real-world engineering contexts.
