The study aims to demonstrate the correlation and influence of sustainable leadership represented by its dimensions (cohesive diversity, organizational justice,, work-life balance, and orientation towards progress) as an independent variable on the employees’ creative behavior with its dimensions represented by (exploring opportunities, generating ideas, promoting ideas, implementing ideas). As a dependent variable at the University of Fallujah in Anbar province, the problem by identifying the role of sustainable leadership on the employees’ creative behavior in the researched organization, The study adopted the descriptive analytical approach. The study included a sample of (261) employees from (1150) employees at all, questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting data. The data were analyzed using statistical programs (SPSS,Ver. 26) and (AMOS,Ver. 23) and a number of statistical methods (frequency distributions, percentages, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, coefficient of variation, response ratio and structural equation modeling), the results showed that there is a significant correlation of sustainable leadership on the employees’ creative behavior, In addition to the existence of a significant impact of sustainable leadership on the employees’ creative behavior, the study concluded by presenting several necessary proposals for organizations in general and the researched organization in particular. The most important was for administrative leaders to support creativity among employees and invest their creative ideas in developing various fields of work.
