The present study aimed to highlight the implications of sustainable development risks, represented by (economic risks, social risks, environmental risks, and technological risks), on job attraction, expressed through the dimensions of (appreciation and respect, material and moral support, and a sense of security in dealings). The study problem stemmed from the following question: What are the implications imposed by sustainable development risks on job attraction at the level of the General Company for Food Trade/Nineveh Branch? The study adopted several hypotheses, the most prominent of which was that there are no correlation or impact relationships between sustainable development risks and job attraction at the level of the investigated organization, The study employed a descriptive-analytical approach to test its hypothesis, with a questionnaire serving as the primary tool for data collection from a random sample of (72) employees of the General Company for Food Trade/Nineveh Branch. To test the study’s hypotheses, several statistical methods were employed using the statistical program (SPSS V.26), The study reached several conclusions, including the prevalence of several sustainable development risks, as well as the emergence of indicators of job attraction, which contributed to the existence of correlation and impact relationships between them at both the overall and partial levels within the General Company for Food Trade/Nineveh Branch.
