Six pure lines were evaluated after screening through the Screener Progeny Program in the third generation of self-pollination of selected lines of the cultivar Research 106. The best six strains were obtained pure (MH 11, AH 41, SA 66, HA 58, PA 45 and AD 98) experiment comparative RCBD design study. Five traits (plant height) are tested: the length of the ear, the number of rows in the ear, the number of grains and the grain yield per plant) with the aim of determining the nature of the genetic action of these breeds. The results of the analysis of variance showed that the mean squares were significant for all traits at 5% level indicating that there are additive and non-additive genetic effects controlling the inheritance of these traits. However the variance component values indicated that the genetic effects were greater from environmental variation for all the qualities. The breed is distinguished AD98 (193.000), PA45 (23.266) and SA66 (21.4332) with significant effect for all traits. The lines can be used in developing high-yielding hybrid varieties and also exploiting the phenomenon of heterosis. Broad sense heritability ranged from 0.6328% to 0.996% for ear length and plant yield, respectively.

摘要
