Theoretical Perspectives: The Importance of Educational Change and Continuous Change Concepts, Challenging Critiques of Educational Theories, Including Behaviourism
摘要
Educational behaviours are also linked, in particular and different ways, to approaches that are described through a variety of learning theories. Learning theories have led to approaches to education that have determined particular forms of behaviour. Whilst learning theories have continued to emerge over the past decades, the integration of approaches and behaviours that are associated with all of these theories can be seen in current practice, even though one or more learning theories might be valued and endorsed more in specific settings. The ways that behaviourism, cognitivism, constructionism, social constructivism and connectivism are seen in educational behaviours currently suggests that digital technologies are influencing behaviours across this spectrum.
