This paper presents a reliable mobile healthcare monitoring system using wearable devices to track patients’ health remotely. The system detects and continuously checks the heart rate, body pressure and body temperature and provides instant updates using the light-sensing sensors. The data which was organized is sent to a mobile application, allowing doctors and caregivers to monitor patients from a distance. The system improves healthcare accessibility, for old people in general or patients with long-term health conditions who need continuous monitoring. It also enhances early disease detection and urgent action. The prototype is designed to be cost-effective, user-friendly, and adaptable to different medical needs. This technology reduces hospital visits, making healthcare more efficient and accessible, ultimately improving patient outcomes.

摘要
