Challenges and Opportunities for Modern ICT-Based Pedagogical Communication Between Teachers and Students in Vocational Secondary Schools
摘要
This paper analyzes communication between teachers and students in vocational secondary schools, emphasizing its impact on the educational process, student motivation, and school atmosphere. It highlights the importance of active listening, effective feedback, and overcoming communication barriers. The research examines how the quality of mutual communication is perceived and confirms that open, high-quality interaction strengthens relationships, increases motivation, and enhances teaching effectiveness. A significant trend is the growing use of modern communication technologies. Students now regularly use a variety of applications for learning management, file sharing, video conferencing, and online discussions. Social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram have also become common tools for contacting teachers, enabling flexible, anytime-anywhere communication. While this flexibility benefits students, it also presents challenges for teachers. They must navigate multiple communication channels and manage classroom relationships while maintaining professional boundaries. Balancing personal availability with professional authority has becoming increasingly difficult. Teachers face growing demands on their digital literacy and must integrate new communication methods into traditional teaching. This includes addressing digital etiquette, protecting personal data, and managing constant connectivity. The paper acknowledges that these changes require clear strategies to support both students and teachers. In conclusion, the study offers practical recommendations to improve pedagogical communication. These include mentoring programs, regular reflective practices, and the use of interactive digital platforms to support effective teaching. Implementing these strategies can improve the quality of education and help educators adapt to the evolving communication landscape.
