STEM education arose in order to create contemporary approaches to attract the attention and interest of students to the study of complex and difficult-to-understand topics. The organization of a learning process includes strategies for active participation, exploration of specific issues and finding appropriate solutions, in which knowledge and certain skills are obtained. The created learning environments consist of various technologies as recently educational robots are utilized. The aim of the paper is to summarize and analyze current scientific achievements and practices for the application of robotic technologies in STEM education by examining relevant literature sources and discussing the opinion of students who were online surveyed. The obtained results are presented through a conceptual model that shows technological solutions and applicable learning scenarios for supporting students in STEM education.
